Corrections policy
When we get a material fact wrong, we correct it clearly and explain what changed.

Report a possible error
Email corrections@healthpoliticsdaily.com with the article link, the statement you believe is inaccurate and the best supporting evidence available. Please distinguish a factual error from a disagreement with analysis or framing.
What happens next
- We review the cited passage and the underlying sources.
- We seek additional primary evidence or independent corroboration when needed.
- If a material correction is warranted, we update the article and add a dated correction note describing the error and the change.
- Minor spelling, grammar or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when they do not change meaning.
Updates and developing stories
New facts added to a developing story are labeled as updates. An update is not necessarily a correction. If earlier wording becomes inaccurate, the correction note will say so.
